They do not have to do it, but it is an extremely fun exercise proven to alleviate stress (and as importantly infuse humor). Said "WOD" can be something they would totally ROCK and have the best time on the whiteboard... or, equally - and with no malice whatsoever - be their worst nightmare. Have Fun - its ALMOST Friday...
